I’ve found the sneakers I want but can’t select my size
Poetic Geenetiks will show when we are out of stock of a particular size on any of our items. Email us the size you want and we will let you know when the size item you want will be available.

Has my order been sent yet ?
You will receive a email confirmation on your order and the time frame when the order will be delivered. If for any reason it will be delayed you will receive communication from us on this matter. You will be able to track you order from the shipper we use.

Part of my order is missing
You can submit to us a claim on the item that is missing from your order and we will re-ship the item missing to you. You must file a claim with the shipper and we will process it to have the missing item replaced.

Which methods of payments can I use?
Our secure payment system accepts all forms of credit card payments Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

Can you give me more information about the clothing?

Poetic Geenetiks selects the quality materials to created the brand that you can be proud of. We will share the details of every item we sell on our website and make sure that it is of the quality that we represent.

Can I track my order ?
Yes you can track your order from the shipper we use to ship the item(s) to the address you provided in the order. If for some reason your order did not reach you, you can contact the shipper for more details. If the order was lost or stolen the shipper will send us a claim to replace the item(s) in your order.

You’ve sent me the wrong items
If you received the wrong item we ask that you ship back the item and we will replace it with the correct item you do not have to pay for the shipping. Give us the correct item(s) in your order and we will ship it out next day.

I forgot to use my discount code
If you forgot to enter your discount code at the time of checkout on your order. You can send it to us via email and we will apply it.

Delivery - How much is it and how long does it take?

All delivery orders rates will vary based on weight of the items being shipped. The shipping time will be between 7-10 business days from the day the order was placed.
